Zhi-Zhong CHEN

Professor

I am interested in the theory of algorithms and complexity.

I studied in Northwest Telecommunication Engineering Institute, Xi'an, P. R. China (BE in CS 1985) and the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan (PhD in CS 1992).

I was a research associate at Department of Information Engineering, Mie University, Japan during 04/1992 -- 03/1994. I joined the Department of Mathematical Sciences of Tokyo Denki University as an assistant professor (KohShi in Japanese) in April, 1994, and was promoted to an associate professor in October, 1997. Since April 1st of 2006, I have been a professor at the same department.

I visited University of California at Berkeley during September 1996 -- August 1997, and University of California at Riverside during July 2000 -- September 2000.
